何韻詩唱作演的舞台劇原聲大碟「梁祝下世傳奇」，可謂今天夏天的話題之作。聽原聲就要由頭至尾，一氣呵成。全碟編排流暢，氣氛悲狀，把生離死別和男男女女身心的抑壓表達有勁。

全碟歌詞均由黃偉文負責，充份利用他編鋒到肉的手法把氣氛融和於現實與夢境之間，實在是黃偉文顛峰之作。

由王雙駿編曲的前奏「蛹」然後緊接著鋼琴伴奏的「化碟」作開場、英師傅的「橋上」把氣氛一轉、帶著淡淡色情的「不是吟詩的時候」、激烈的「長不大」、再掉進黃偉文抒發兩性矛盾的「汽水樽裡的咖啡」、然後由人山人海李端嫻的「血肉之驅」和輕鬆的「十八相送」把氣氛進一步帶到高潮作「勞斯萊斯」裡、再由何韻詩哼的「撲碟」及喘急的「有人跟蹤我」返回安靜舒適的「做好準備」、「小淇」和輕鬆的爵士樂「樓台會」進一步交待情感、英師傅利用電結他和鋼琴以「勞斯萊斯」清晰過場、衰微的原版「化碟」把故事帶到尾聲、再由李端嫻的「蝴蝶結」完場。

此大碟無論曲詞編唱、音樂錄影帶以至內頁設計均屬水準之作，雖然也是商品一片，但也絕對推薦。

i'm recently addicted to a song "i won't last a day without you" in the album of shena ringo's favorite collection, utada hikaru is there as a guest vocalist, it's originally from the carpenters but this's an all-new studio recording and ringo seems to resort to the same type of singing style as utada, who's a worldwide superstar :)
the lyrics is very meaningful.

i'm now listening to shena ringo's albums "utaite myouri" and "karuki zamen kuri no hana", she's really special, her voice, her music arrangement, her lyrics... every bit of her music is unique, her types of music are extremely diverse, every song on these 2 albums has a completely new arrangement, the rock arrangements are done in the classic shena ringo style, and there is so much more... they also show a smoother and more relaxed side of her, they aren't just rock, some of them are more ballad-like and even techno-like, it's hard to categorize her music... the diversity of her vocal abilities make her music rocks... in one song she'll sound tough and angry, but in the next track she could be beautiful and sweet, it sometimes almost sounds like a completely different performer! songs of many languages are covered in these albums, including japanese, english, german and french... she brings her magic touch to each and every one of her songs... it's hard to say in words if u're new to shena ringo... just listen u'll fall into a brand new world!
